So with my post count does that mean you will pay me to come shoot?

I would totally rent a place lie that to live bro. Plenty of room to shoot and live at the same time. Talk about a "studio" apartment.

i would def live there too and transform that place into a loft studio! im going to Chicago tomorrow to look for places to live.

I am not aware of a studio thats big enough to shot a car in. Not in this area.

yup Natchez is correct on both accounts. If i had that double storefront i showed you before Natchez down the street, i would have specialized in auto photography, haha.
